Customers do not leave reviews. Even repeat customers are not leaving reviews. How can I get them to review my product?

I would recommend an hand written note helped us a lot. As people get touched by the personalization.

For repeat customers, you can mention in the note that your review matters us a lot, it'll help us grow. Thank you for being our repeat customer.

Leave a Thank You note along with the order asking them politely to review your products. Also give them some motivation to do so...like some discount coupon. This will help you for sure.
