Read onlyThere was a name mismatch in my account due to converting a personal account to a business account in Seller Central. Amazon deactivated my UK seller account and refused to return £700 profits. I was able to change my name back to my personal account name for my US store and then passed all verifications.
So Amazon US allowed me to correct this mismatch and reactivated my selling account while Amazon UK refuse to engage saying it's more than 30 days from your appeal.
It seems entirely reasonable to allow me to fix a simple name mismatch so I can continue to sell. How do I get Amazon UK to see some sense here?
