Hello @Seller_NjWS0e92eS5UM,
Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this through Brand Registry. I understand how concerning it is to see suspicious review activity impacting your listing.
I checked complaint ID 13238512502 and can confirm that your report has been received and is being reviewed by the appropriate team. They will investigate the profile and the reviews you flagged and take the necessary actions. Please note that for security reasons, Amazon is unable to share specific details about the actions taken on individual reviews or profiles.
In the meantime, if you notice additional suspicious reviews or profiles, I'd recommend continuing to report them through the following channels:
- Report Abuse: You can report individual reviews using the "Report" button directly on the review, or through the Report Abuse page in Seller Central.
- Brand Registry: Continue submitting reports through Brand Registry for any review violations linked to your brand.
Thank you for helping to maintain the integrity of customer reviews. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out here.
Regards,
Billy
