Read onlyI have received negative feedback on order 203-9995541-8664344 stating that the delivery arrived on time and engraving was lovely. But the customer claims that Amazon customer service failed to help him contact the seller when he tried to get help from the seller, and that this was Amazon customer service's fault, not the seller's fault. I have tried to get this feedback removed by raising a case but as usual Amazon just keep closing down the case with no action. Once again this is just so unfair. Can you please see if you can help get this removed.

The feedback removal request was denied as the feedback documents a wrong item shipment to the buyer, confirming a legitimate negative buyer experience.
When a buyer posts negative seller feedback, we encourage you to contact the buyer individually to resolve the problem. After resolving their concerns, you can notify the buyer that it is possible to update, remove or provide additional feedback if they would like to do so. Remember that pressuring or offering incentives to a buyer to remove or modify negative feedback is a violation of our policies.
