Listing made inactive
Hello,
My listing was made inactive. From the information provided by Amazon, I believe this was due to mentioning my product is Organic without certification. My manufacturer is organic certified, and the ingredients are also organic but as I understand I as a seller (brandholder) should also be organic certified to sell the product as organic. Rookie error! I'm trying to remove all references to organic from the listing until I get certified to continue selling my product but I'm not being able to make any amendments due to the restriction enforced by Amazon.
Has anybody faced a similar issue? Can anybody recommend an approach to get this resolved?

You have the option to create a new product listing if you possess an extra barcode. However, ensure the listing is accurate to prevent its removal.
Another approach is to navigate to the 'Account Health' section, locate the listing violation, and appeal the decision. Be prepared for a potentially lengthy appeals process with automated responses from Amazon.
It's worth noting that Amazon might maintain the removal request, insisting on certification you currently lack before allowing you to make amendments.
