Refund Has been denied
One of our customer orders was canceled, and the goods were returned, but unfortunately, we never received the items. We opened a case with Amazon and later filed an FT (Fulfillment by Amazon) claim. However, Amazon denied the claim by providing a fake tracking ID, which had no record. Now, Amazon has rejected the case again, stating that the appeal period has expired.
Given this situation, what actions can we take to resolve the issue?

Hi @Seller_Hv3rgRne2RAqw,
Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.
I'm not sure I understand the inquiry. The order was cancelled by the customer, therefore before being shipped at all as per the policy, or, the customer has received the order then returned it and the issue is with the return? Also, what is a "fake tracking ID"?
Have you already reached out to Seller Support?
Regards,
Noor
