Expanding to USA marketplace on same seller account with different USA comapny instead of UK company to keep safe tax matter

we are selling in UK marketplace and want to expand on USA marketplace on the same seller account with Build international listings, Did I register a seperate company to expeand in USA marketplace.

As If we sell through uk company on USA marketplace amazon charging 20% VAT on all my USA marketplace invoices. Please guid me.

Might be worth waiting until Mr Trump is sworn in. there is a danger of tarrifs on exports to the USA.
