Safety & Compliance

I have been trying to add a new product. Every page worked except the Safety and Compliance page. I completed every field on the form that ends with the last two items as "Compliance Certification Status" and "Regulatory Organization Name". Trouble is that I am unable to click "Next". The button is present but when I click on it nothing happens. What should I do about this please?
