So i’ve been trying to find a cost effective way to get selling again in DE (for example), due to the outrageous Amazon returns policy.
Found the company above, I asked them for a sample quote based on 5 different returns weighing 350g each. Here’s their quote:
Price calculation for 5 inbound shipments:
5x processing fee… 1.89 EUR x 5 = 9.45 EUR
1x groupage box (size S)…1.13 EUR
1x postage (UPS standard)… 18.45 EUR
total price = 29.03 EUR excl. VAT
*for consolidation service you need to buy an annual service for 14.5 EUR.
So the cost to us is around £5.08 per item, assuming no hiccups etc. If anyone has experience of using a similar service, do these prices sound reasonable?

Just had this back from them:
once we will verify that your goods are subject to returned goods we will prepare the customs declaration.
The declared value must be excl. VAT. The returned goods are free of tax and duty in your country.
Sounds like it could be a cost effective option. My only worry is that Amazon will see this return address and suspend the account if other sellers are using the same service.
