How we can integrate our own carrier with amazon?
Hello, My company is officially registered in UK and USA, and we have warehouses and stores in various states of the US and UK. The question is can we use our own carrier service for FBM? to fulfil orders? our carrier is not integrated with amazon. please guide me on what to do.

This would be the issue. Not sure about which country you are asking about. But in the USA there are many “small” delivery companies like Spee-Dee Delivery (thank you Mr Rogers). There is a list and you must use one from the list unless you get into the local delivery program and then I think the carrier must use the app to confirm delivery…much like the Amazon or Flex drivers.
