Blocked Listing
Can anyone help with this problem please?
We received a performance notification from Amazon DE on 31st October 2020 relating to ASIN XXXXXXX, informing us that the listing had been blocked because of one customer complaint regarding authenticity of this product.
As requested we submitted invoices from our suppliers to prove authenticity and cover the number of sales for the last 365 days
These invoices were rejected almost immediately after submission, the reason stated is “We cannot accept this invoice because we cannot verify the supplier.” On previous occasions Amazon have accepted invoices from these suppliers. We therefore cannot understand why Amazon are stating they cannot verify the supplier, when invoices from these suppliers have always been accepted.
In the past 12 months we have sold a total of 1,517 (DE 948, UK 569) items of this ASIN and only received this one complaint. The other 1,516 customers have all been satisfied with this product.
At the moment we currently have £2,500 of this item stored in FBA and no way of selling them or getting them returned.

Well they obviously don’t like something about the invoice.
First, is the invoice you have provided a “commercial invoice” rather than a standard?
Is the supplier in China?

is anything different on the invoice this time from last(when accepted) slightly different address details /abbreviations maybe etc as they must match your details exactly as they are in your amazon account
