FBA kitchen knives - is it allowed?

Does anybody know the current status for selling kitchen knives via FBA?

These products are gated / restricted it requires approval from Amazon to sell and you have to send bladed products by a AVS (Age Verification Service) you need agreement with Amazon prior to listing, listing without can result in a suspension that is difficult to appeal.

You cannot sell kitchen knives via FBA.Only exeption:Knives included in ordinary cutlery sets with spoons and forks

You can sell via fba. There are certain knives like certain cleavers depending on length that can’t be sold.
The only problem is that you cant sell to Europe, so you have 2 options, either stop pan Europe on your account or get agreement from amazon to open an account exclusively for knives, without selling to Europe.
You will get headaches along the way, as they review your account and see 2 accounts open, but if you have written approval then you just need to submit
All said and done, we still get our products blocked every now and then and then need to contact amazon, it’s a pain.

Amazon don’t allow knives in FBA unless you get invited to the “Bladed product Pilot”, invites have been closed for over 2 years though.
Attempting to list knives on MFN without prior approval can quickly result in getting your account banned.
