Customer canceled pending order, Amazon didn't restock it?

So i had a pending order for a product that was there for 1 day, i can only think that the customer canceled the order or the payment they made did not go through.

Luckily i was checking my out of stock inventory and has still not been put into active inventory after 1 week. This was FBM btw.

Pretty worrying that their system cannot even handle a crucial task and now im wondering whether i need to do a full stock check of 2000 products.

You can download the report and sort the data ascending by a quantity column. It should not take more than 5 minutes.
You can also update the stock in bulk by uploading the flat file.

From my experience fbm items have never been added back in after they’ve been pending if it doesn’t go through

I think so anyway, I only sell cards in packs of 6 so it’s very easy to check for me, don’t get a lot of cancelled orders though

Hi,

If you are not familiar with flat files it may be easier for you to go to your seller central -> inventory. Then switch “Listing status” to “Active” (in case if you have got listings with variations) and then click twice on the header of the “Available” column. It should sort your inventory ascending and begin with items that are currently out of stock. Hope it helps.

Regards,
Thomas.
