EPR Freischaltung

I have been trying to activate mi Lucid number (EPR) : I have already requested activation several times, over and over again. How long can an EPR activation take?

I have already spoken with Seller Support and they told me that it takes around 5 days and it's been more than two weeks now. At this rate I'm going to complete a month without being able to sell or list any products. I don't know what else to do?
