No Sales generated over two months
Dear Experts,
I am a new seller, I have created my listings, sent my products to FBA and also advertising my products. Its over two months that I am advertising, I am getting clicks and impressions but could not generate even a single sale. I am selling metal figurines in home decor category.
Please provide some suggestions, am I missing something or anything I should be doing to generate sales.
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Pranab

Pop a couple of ASIN’s up and maybe someone can give some advice.
It could be your price, your description, or just a poor selection of item… but without seeing no one can tell.

i am by no means an expert on what you are selling as it does seem a rather specialist market and to me seems like a very limited market also your prices are rather expensive.
As someone commented, did you do any research to see if these items were selling and if at the price point you are asking, are your-rides competitive with other sellers, other platforms and the high street.

I have to agree with the other replies - I would not even think of looking on Amazon for such items.
As they are such a niche market item customers actually looking for anything like that would probably not look on Amazon, possibly the other site (ebay) where it is much easier to search for and find specific items.

well as you said you’re advertising and getting clicks so clearly ppl are looking but tbh many sellers have to wait 2-3 months before getting sales, you’ve created a new listing, no history, no sales, no reviews so it’s at the bottom of any searches… you are doing the right thing but you could open social media eg instagram/fB etc post pics & links to the listings or look at changing keywords if u haven’t entered any… it’s frustrating but amazon can just change algorithms and bingo your selling… I had 20units of an item sat in excess stock, then all suddenly sold in a month so restocked… nothing sat in excess stock again so advertised and now disappeared (not sold any but clearly amazon feel they will) all the red rankings turned to green… amazons a strange beast sometimes

Thanks everyone for your kind reply,
I am selling across all EU market places as well and on Ebay. No sales on any Amazon marketplace but its slowly moving on Ebay. Did some research and found that though there are similar products on Amazon (selling as well), it lacked the quality I wanted to put forth. Hence wanted to have a niche high quality products. I do agree they are expensive compared to competitors as they are quite big comparatively, tbh I am looking for creating a recognisable brand in a niche less competitive space.
I will look for branding on other social media platforms as well. what interests me is the fact that its generating clicks so something is getting missed for conversion.
But thanks for the suggestions it has given me good insights about my products and the platform. Will incorporate the suggestions…
