New scam going around at Amazon warrehouse DEX 3 Delhi

Amazon seems to be a place for sellers to bear losses not only because of customer returns but also due to missing inventory which is lost and not received by Amazon warehouse. To overcome this issue of missing units in every package for which there is zero support from amazon , we thought of raising pickups with single units to make sure all units are recorded. Yes as a seller the cost for us increases but somewhere we though it would be better than losing much more in missing units. The best part is Amazon warehouse people were already ready for this, 6 units sent to the warehouse with 3 layer of packing( inner carton, bubble wrap, outer carton then shrink wrapped) they still found a way to steal the product by marking it vendor damaged and refusing to send the damaged item back. and that too when the package travelled only within Delhi. Inspite of raising multiple removal requests, all the requests are marked completed within a minute of raising them and when the same was shared with the customer support we got the reply that these units cannot be sent back as these ae marked vendor damaged.

There seems to be a big scam going around in the warehouse where categorically high value units go missing in every shipment.
