Negative feedback (and they didnt even buy our product)
How is it possible for someone to leave negative feedback for one of our products and they didn't even purchase it from - or anyone else as its our branded product ?

Can a buyer review a product that was not purchased on Amazon or from me?
Yes, provided the buyer has made at least one purchase using their Amazon account. They can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased that product. However, if a reviewer did not buy the product on Amazon, their review will not be marked as an Amazon Verified Purchase.

- Customer feedback: Feedback is about the buyer’s experience with the order, including shipping and customer service, and is used to make up part of a seller’s Feedback Rating.
- Product review: Reviews appear on the detail page of an ASIN and describe the buyer’s experience with the product, regardless of the seller or where it was purchased.
