Seller verification with no utility bills

Hi, Amazon have requested additional verification of my identity in the form of a utility bill or phone bill etc. The problem is that I am a university student who pays for their bills along with their rent and currently do not have a phone contract or anything alike. Wondered if anyone else had encountered the same issue and was there any way around it?
