URGENT: Amazon continues disposing of our sellable inventory. Stop the disposal of remaining 3,478 units

@Bryce_Amazon@Ezra_Amazon@Julia_Amazon

@Julia_Amzn@Abbie_Amazon

This is extremely URGENT, as Amazon is still disposing of our active FBA inventory even after cancellation requests were submitted.

The disposal process has accelerated — an additional 326 units were destroyed in the last 18 hours.

We have exhausted all normal Support channels in our attempts to stop the ongoing destruction of our inventory.

On August 28, Amazon confirmed that all disposal orders would be paused while the investigation was in progress. However, the destruction has continued to this day.

We urgently request that this case be escalated to the appropriate internal team capable of applying a manual FC‑level stop to halt any further disposal of our inventory.

Please help us forward this request to the specialized team that handles emergency FC interventions:

*Escalate to internal FC Operations team or other

*Apply manual FC‑level stop

*Immediate intervention required

Removal orders automatically created with disposition DISPOSAL:

PEeKAzQQXD

kOnuqV/wa+

s5v8n/jNKU

dziT7K+5bp

UnXs2zoUK2

PxGTGMJbmo

LcUP8ERxxC

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Thank you!

This sounds awful. I'm guessing you have your Automated unfulfillable settings set to 'return' rather than 'dispose'?

Hello seller! Sellable units aren't touched by the unfulfillable setting — they come from a different panel: Settings > Fulfilment by Amazon > Automated fulfilable settings, which has its own inventory-age threshold and its own Return/Dispose option. While that one is set to Dispose, new removal orders keep being generated no matter how many cases are open, which is why the freeze you were promised doesn't hold. Switch it to Return first, then cancel the orders still in Pending or Planned — those are the only ones that can be stopped. In your case, put the age threshold shown in that panel next to your inventory age report: the gap between the two is the evidence that the selection was wrong.
