GPSR: warning and safety information - Submissions requirements
Hi everyone,
A bit confused with the seller central requirements for the GPSR submissions.
I have submitted manufacturer information, EU representative information & the safety information but the Product Policy Compliance page is still showing the "Submit" buttons for each of those items - How am I supposed to know if my submissions have been accepted?
I don't want to fall foul of these requirements especially as I have done all the work to get this done.
If anyone could help me with this - that would be great!

There is a bug in their webpage that is stopping things moving to archived.
They originally said they would get it fixed by the end of September, then the end of October, then the 8th of November and now they are saying the 15th of November.

Just asked the same question, the rest of the marketplaces are very helpful. I think they do not want us to sell in the EU so will make it difficult. It's a nightmare

Here is what the compliance team has indicated in the Ask Amazon event:
"If you’ve already submitted any of the information required to comply with our GPSR policy, you might notice that your listings continue to appear in the ‘Open’ tab on the Account Health page: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/account/health/product-policies?t=regulatory-compliance
This is happening because we’ve received a high number of submissions on the Account Health page in the last four weeks, and we currently need more than seven days to complete our reviews. Your listings will continue to appear in the “Open” tab until they’ve been reviewed. We’re working to resolve this issue, and by November 8, 2024, we expect to be completing reviews of new submissions within seven business days.
In the meantime, you can check the validation status of your images in the Image Manager: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/imaging/manage. If you see a green check mark under the image, it has been accepted. If you see a red cross, it has been rejected. If you see a loading symbol, we are still carrying out our validation checks.
What will happen is that we will remove listings if we find they aren’t compliant with the GPSR on December 13, 2024."
