We have received product ratings on our branded product, which we believe are fake and suspicious, as those are ratings so we are unable to view them or report those ratings.
Can anyone guide what is the best solution for this? How to remove those ratings?

Anyone can leave a review of a product. That being said, I think 1-5 ratings without a review have to come from an order as they are generally left via echo devices.
Liitle you can really do. Amazon will remove ratings from reviewers if they spot them as being suspicious - but there's not a lot you can really do in this case.

I had a 1 star review which Amazon removed before I even saw it. However they wont remove the 1 star status which as a new seller/ product with not many reviews yet it brings my overall star rating to 4.5
