Important notice: Spain legal guarantee extension
On April 28, 2021, the Spanish Government published the Decree-Law 7/2021 transposing the European Directives (EU) 2019/771 and (EU) 2019/770. Under this regulation, effective January 1, 2022, the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods will be extended from two to three years from the delivery of the product, and will be two years in the case of digital services or content.
This means that, during the relevant legal guarantee period calculated from the delivery of the product or the digital services or content (“Product”), you must repair, exchange, reduce the price or give a refund where any Product is defective or otherwise does not conform to the sale contract with a consumer.

Our experience of posting to Spain is that nothing ever arrives anyway, so not really an issue.

Essentially this is making dealing with Spain redundant.

Does this mean 30 day returns is extended? Amazon.es has always been a slow selling platform.

So, basically, do not sell anything to Buyers in Spain on the Amazon.es website, got it!
