Amazon assumed I have multiple accounts

Hi,

I received a message stating: “Hello MY BUSINESS NAME LLC, You have been found to be related to an account beginning with MY NAME.” However, this is MY NAME, and I am the owner of MY BUSINESS NAME LLC. I did not have any other accounts. Initially, my seller account was under my name, “MY NAME.” Later, I moved it to my business, “MY BUSINESS NAME LLC.” Recently, I closed MY BUSINESS NAME LLC with the NY State and moved my Seller Central account back to my name, MY NAME.

It seems Amazon assumed I have multiple accounts, but in reality, I simply transitioned my seller account under my business’s legal entity and then reverted it back to my personal name after closing the business.

I am unsure how to appeal and explain this, as there are only two options:

1. I understand the policy and acknowledge that I am or have been associated with other selling accounts.

2. I understand the policy and acknowledge that I have no other associated selling accounts.

Could you please advise me on how to proceed to clarify this
