Read onlyI have sold a listing for over a year now, I have invoices spanning over 365 days from the manufacturer, I have direct contact with the manufacturer, yet I have now been blocked from selling on this listing due to a complaint attack. Nothing has changed over the years of selling this product, all of a sudden I get 3 complaints, at the same time, complaining that I'm selling 'Used' batteries. I clearly have the invoices the prove they are not used, they are direct from manufacturer, yet when I bring this up in Seller Support I just get the same automated response telling me 'Apply To Sell' the product again. However, I have now been banned from Applying to Sell to this product as it says 'They are no longer accepting applications'.
How can I sell a product for over a year and have no issues, all of a sudden get booted off a listing, and now I cant even re-apply? I have a perfectly healthy account. I have sent all my invoices over the last year, and Amazon wont even look at them, its clear this is an attack from another seller to get me off the listing and as a seller I have no protection apart from automated response from Seller Support. Please help me get back on this listing. Can someone tag the active Seller Support people who are on these forums as I dont know thier names unfortunately.
