Maxmum Deals Price (Best Price / Lightning Deals)

Hi all,

I know that the maximum price allowed by deals is no longer the lowest price in 30 days, it's more like 60 days. But i'm a little confused as to why mine hasn't reset yet. My product price is 27.99 and has been since Jan 5th, The maximum deal price I was allowed to offer was 21.90, and i've been waiting until it goes up. Suddenly it's 18.99.. I haven't sold the product that low at all, whats happening?
