I’ve noticed that my listings show a lot of 1-star ratings, but when I click to view them, I get the message:

“No matching customer reviews”

This makes it impossible to see the actual reviews or know whether these ratings are verified purchases or what customers are unhappy about.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is it a known glitch in the review system, or are these ratings hidden for some reason (for example, from unverified or removed accounts)?

I’m concerned because it affects my product rating, but without any visible feedback I can’t identify the issue or improve the product.
