Food and Product Safety - Incorrect locks and no verification

Hello,

My products were incorrectly blocked. I have already written appeals highrisk-childsafety-eu@amazon.co.uk and created many Food and Product Safety Issues reports. I have sent photos of the document, asked for explanations. Unfortunately, my reports are not verified in any way, when I ask a question I NEVER get an answer. Reports are immediately blocked and the answer is always automatic and the same.

It is ridiculous that no one in the above channels tries to explain. I do not know if it is a matter of the process or the lack of competence of the people who handle it.

And I am recording losses with each passing day...

Please advise where to seek help.

I don't want to rush it, but the problem has been going on for over a month. In addition, on 04.04 Amazon wants to dispose of my FBA inventory or send it back at my expense, which is absurd. The costs are of course very high.
