Hello,
My products were incorrectly blocked. I have already written appeals highrisk-childsafety-eu@amazon.co.uk and created many Food and Product Safety Issues reports. I have sent photos of the document, asked for explanations. Unfortunately, my reports are not verified in any way, when I ask a question I NEVER get an answer. Reports are immediately blocked and the answer is always automatic and the same.
It is ridiculous that no one in the above channels tries to explain. I do not know if it is a matter of the process or the lack of competence of the people who handle it.
And I am recording losses with each passing day...
Please advise where to seek help.
I still only get replies from bots that don't deal with the case...
Please provide the contact details of a specific agent to whom I will present the problem.

Can I ask for help?
Hi @Seller_gSdyB9yzwLgHI, thanks for posting.
In order to check on my end, I would need to get examples of ASINs or the reference of the most recent case ID opened with the seller support.
Please let me know.
Maya
Hi @Maya_Amazon
Thank you very much for your interest in the matter. Here are the ASIN numbers for example: B0CZDL4CWL, B0CZDNKC61, B0CZF24Y5W, B0CZF4YJGM, B0C4737N4J.
In the attachment you can also see that in the past this topic has already been checked by you and my products have received confirmation multiple times that they are compliant. I have all this in my email.
Unfortunately, all reports are currently rejected by bots.
There are of course more of these ASIN numbers due to the different variants.
Of course, you have to be aware that the problem is more complex. By previously ensuring that my products were compliant, I made a large investment in this product, which generated large costs.
In addition, decorative pillows like mine are still available for sale. The best part is that some are even sold in the Amazon Vendor Central channel.
@Maya_Amazon
Have you had a chance to review the case yet? 03/27 Amazon wants to dispose of my inventory, so time is running out.
Hi @Seller_gSdyB9yzwLgHI, thanks for your reply.
Thank you for your inquiry. It's important to note that while an ASIN may initially comply with Amazon's policies, these policies can evolve over time. New restrictions or issues may arise that affect similar product types, potentially impacting your ability to sell certain items on the platform.
To provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your specific situation, I would need to review your recent interactions with Seller Support. Could you please share the most recent case ID from your communication with Seller Support?
Once I have this information, I'll be better equipped to assist you and provide more detailed insights.
Let me know.

Hi @Maya_Amazon
I am up to date on the security of my products and Amazon's policies and there have been no changes since I started selling my products (about 2 years).
10856934852 - for one ASIN they confirm that the products are compliant, when I ask about the next ones that are the same products (different variants) I get automatic rejections. No explanation, automatic replies and closing the ticket.
10912586392 - inquiry about the reason why my products were misclassified and inquiry why you sell the same products through Amazon Seller Central. No explanation, automatic replies and closing the ticket.
10912365582 - request to provide details on what basis my products were classified as non-compliant. No explanation, automatic replies and closing the ticket.
10934378222 - again a request to explain what exactly is wrong with my products, I presented my solutions and showed that Amazon sells such products. No explanation, automatic replies and closing the ticket.
10858173122 - question why they previously considered my products compliant and who will take responsibility for this. No explanation, automatic replies and closing of the report.
As I mentioned, I have many cases where I have already received confirmation that my products are compliant. For example, 9051719492, 8783194462, 8723308152 and many correspondence with highrisk-childsafety-eu@amazon.co.uk
Who will now be responsible for the costs I incurred for production? Who will be responsible if you dispose of these stocks?
Regards
Rafal D.
@Seller_gSdyB9yzwLgHI,
Hi Rafal, thank you for your reply.
I'm checking with our partner team about your ASINs and will keep you posted.

@Maya_Amazon
Hi,
Thank you very much for taking up the subject.
You are my last hope and the only person who reads my messages at all.
I would like to add that I have provided only sample ASINs. There are 25 variants in total (same product).
Hi @Seller_gSdyB9yzwLgHI,
I get some answers from the partner team. They communicate to me that the braided long pillows can be used as crib bumpers. As padded crib bumpers cause safety risk for babies, therefore, they are prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. This is affecting your product as it could be as well used as crib bumpers (even if description of your product is talk about it).
If I understand correctly, you mention before that some of your ASINs were still active?
Let me know.
Maya
Hi @Maya_Amazon
Thank you very much for your involvement in my case and the help you have shown me.
Yes, some of my ASINs are active. What's more, two of them were unblocked this month. When I asked why they were unblocked and why the rest are still blocked, I did not receive an answer. I emphasize that we are still talking about the same products.
I would also like to remind you that for over two years, my products, i.e. decorative pillows, have been blocked. However, after contacting support or @highrisk-childsafety-eu@amazon.co.uk, the block was removed and I received an email confirming that my products were compliant and that there was a "technical glitch".
As for Amazon's security policy and regulations. Firstly, during these two years there has been no change that could affect the legality of my products. Secondly, according to Amazon's policy and regulations, Paded Crib Bumpers are prohibited. There is no mention of other products that are similar in appearance and can be used as crib bumpers.
The position you sent is unfair, claiming that my products can be used as crib bumpers.
First, any product used in a manner that is not in accordance with the law can be dangerous for children. Are you therefore imposing bans?
Second, the product is listed as a decorative pillow, the listing describes its purpose and safety warnings in detail. An infographic is attached. The product has instructions for use. No photo suggests improper use. This is a completely different type of product, a different catalog, a different target group. It is crucial that my products are not intended for children.
Third, AMAZON allows the sale of decorative pillows such as mine and participates in the sale of this product through Seller Vendor Central. I am attaching a screenshot. When I asked why AMAZON sells products that are supposedly prohibited, I never received an answer.
Be aware that this is very important to me. By assuring me for over two years that the product is compliant and I can sell it on Amazon, I incurred huge costs not only in production, but also in infrastructure.
I believe that you will help me solve the problem.
