Merchant Token entered does not match with any selling account within Seller Central???

Hi everyone,

I've been having this issue with my seller central account connecting with my brand registry. We've registered our brand and it was approved. We even have our products approved and listed now. But for some reason, when we try to connect our seller account with the amazon brand registry, it says the merchant token does not match with any selling account?

The merchant token that was the token that I copied from the Business information on my seller central account. But when I pasted it to the 'manage selling accounts' on the brand registry side, it says it does not match any selling account.

Really need help on this one. It is driving us crazy. Thank you!!
