Answering Product Questions
Does anyone know of a report or facility where I can answer the questions about my products that are submitted by customers?
We have over 1000 products, and I’d like to answer them all, but I can’t seem to find any screen in Seller Central that will show me the questions.

They should come through one at a time when they are asked to your email address registered in your preferences

I never answer questions unless have the buy box. Maybe just me?

Yeah we own the brand so it feels like a sensible thing to do - not to mention that the number of incorrect answers from customers is growing…

I was worried that you’d say that, as it means I can’t backdate the unanswered questions, as we had the function turned off!
