Can we create an international order to be shipped outside of UK using MCF from FBA inventory held in UK?

Hi, looking for some help.

We had a product which we have been selling for almost 2 years without any issues. All the relevant safety documents were provided when initially listed and the listing was approved for sale. We only had the item listed in the UK marketplace.

For some reason, we received a performance notification from amazon.de (Germany) stating the listing has been removed due to a product safety issue, they are now asking us for EU conformity documents. We appealed the decision stating that we have never and do not intend to sell in the Germany or any EU marketplaces and have even provided all the safety certification as this product has CE certification. We only want to sell in the UK in which this item is not restricted, we have reviewed all the policies. There are many similar products which are currently selling.

Because of this our listing has also been removed from the UK marketplace which we believe is an error.

Seller support are not helpful we have sent everything but we get the same replies without any review.

Please could you help me get the listing reinstated in the UK marketplace as this product complies with all UK regulations - we have UKCA certification which was also sent in.

I have a few questions regarding selling in the UK, and any knowledge regarding this is highly appreciated.

We are mainly selling in Germany and the EU as Brexit made business in the UK harder. We are contemplating moving back so I have a few questions. We are still selling in the UK through the PAN European network, however, products are stored in Germany so we get increased fulfillment costs.

1: Does anyone know where I can specify the transfer of goods to a UK Amazon warehouse?

2: What are your experiences selling in the UK now? Any general tips regarding the size and quirks of selling in the UK VS the EU?

3: We have a UK VAT number and a brand registered in the UK. Still, we are unsure if it is worth the effort as we ran into a few challenges last time. What are your general thoughts on the UK marketplace today?
