NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Hello All,
Could you advise why my next day delivery as now changed to 2-3 days. All listings are displaying that they will be delivered 30th June is ordered today 26th June 2026. However all my listings have always shown next day delivery. Nothing has changed and all my metrics are between 97% and 100% with no negative feedback, so unsure why this has changed. We ship all orders from our own warehouse using Royal Mail Tracked 24
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have tried contacting Amazon Support and struggling to get past there automated ridiculous system for help.

I also use T24, 100% OTDR, and am getting the same padding - which is going up and down like a yo-yo. Last night, it showed Tuesday earliest, but now it is Sunday,.
They seem to be padding everyone using FBM, probably due to Prime Day or the weather warnings.
Either way, it should hopefully be over some time tomorrow.

ours has been missing for 3 weeks. It reappeared last night for 12hrs and then disappeared again mid morning. Lots of sellers are having the same issue. Some even for months and there’s no logic. It just seems to be so random and intermittent. Someone mentioned Thursdays in a comment here. Ours disappeared on a Thursday so there may be some logic to that theory
