Amazon Seller Support Team makes me feel so terrible about Amzon

_I can’t contact to Amazon Seller Support Team. My account has received an
email informed that the confirmation of my information was successful, but
the next day received an email notifying the confirmation information was
not successful. I want to ask if this is a bug or not because my account is
currently locked

Thank you for contacting the Amazon Seller Support team. My name is Margarita and I am glad to assist you.

Regarding your concern, in order to investigate if this is a technical issue, could you please provide us an screenshot of the message that you are receiving?

That way we can contact the specialist to investigate this.

While waiting for your answer, I shall remind you that the system automatically closes the cases that are pending some seller’s action after 48 hours, if no answer is provided"

_I replied the case about this issue with the screenshot of my email, and see the notification : pending amazon action. But today, Amazon deleted supporter’s email and my reply
that’s very terrible
_I want Seller Support answer me about this issue!

It might be a good idea to send a message to the verification team directly advising them of the message you received from them stating your account is now verified .

Alternatively wait 48 Hours , beacuse sometimes it takes 48 hours before your account is unsuspended .

Unfortunately, since the notice says “This decision is final and not subject to appeal”, I don’t think you will able to do anything about the situation.

I can only suggest e-mailing seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, which is the department which handles seller verification.
