Our account was deactivated on September 26th due to a Section 3 violation regarding inauthentic products. We were asked to provide invoices for three ASINs in order to verify their authenticity.
However, one of the ASINs in question — B01HB2DCT0 — has never been listed or sold on our account. Despite this, we are still being asked to provide invoices for it.
We are unable to submit documentation for a product that has never been associated with our account. This request seems unjust and does not align with fair enforcement practices.
We kindly ask for your support in resolving this issue.

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that your account has been deactivated due to the authenticity related concerns.
The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect.
In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products.
However, one of the ASINs in question — B01HB2DCT0 — has never been listed or sold on our account. Despite this, we are still being asked to provide invoices for it.
I understand that while you haven't sold this item, the same ASIN was previously listed on your account and subsequently removed. To maintain customer trust and ensure a consistent buying experience, we conduct random authenticity verifications of items listed on seller accounts.
To reactivate the account, please share valid invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days for the impacted asins.
Please make sure, the invoice should meet the below criteria:-
The quantity of items shown should match your inventory for the requested ASINs.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.
Contact information for your supplier, including business name, phone number, address, , email, and website.
We might call your supplier to verify the documents.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card (where applicable).
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.
The invoices which is not meeting the above criteria will not be deemed as valid.

First of all, thank you very much for your interest.
However, we have never listed the product on our account before.
We know that we are responsible for every product we list. However, we have never listed this product before and we are being asked for an invoice for it. We think this is a big mistake.

Thanks for your question. I´m Oliver and I will be looking into your issue today.
I understand that you are blocked for Product Authenticity and that one of the flagged ASINs was never in your inventory. This indeed should not have been requested then.
However, the remaining ASINs are still not solved so until you can´t provide valid documents for the ASINs that you did list, we can´t look into the one that was incorrectly flagged.
