For Brand Registry, does your brand LLC need to match your Amazon LLC

For Brand Registry, does your brand LLC need to match your Amazon LLC

Has anyone gotten approval from brand registry for an LLC that is different than their Amazon account LLC? Right now I have one brand with Amazon brand registry that is in an LLC that matches the Amazon LLC. However, if I were to create a second brand, I would need to put it into a different LLC. Would this be a problem obtaining brand registry since the second brand's LLC would not match the Amazon LLC?

No, as long as the second brand can show evidence it is owned by your original LLC. We have only one LLC Amazon account, but we own 4 different brand names, each operating independently from each other. Each has their own stand-alone web site and B&M store. Their legal address are all the same as our Amazon account address.
