same for us.

We had £ money released into balance, able to withdraw yesterday then over night it was cancelled and put back into balance and no longer available to withdraw and now have more released transactions but still not moved into balance

this is ridiculous.

No, not just you.

We did manage to disburse yesterday morning for the first time since DD+7 kicked in.

We had several thousand in "available funds" yesterday evening ready to disburse again this morning but nearly all of it has been moved back into reserve overnight and we have under £200 available now.

It was our first usual bi-weekly disbursal yesterday and it seems to have gone OK. They only sent about half the usual amount as the latter week was all being held for DD+7.

Overnight the first of the FBA DD+7s have started to come off and have moved over to available funds. The transaction view of our account is a real mess now though with a mix of deferred and released transactions to pick through.

All the released transactions now show a date of 12/5/26 but before yesterday were showing as deferred transactions on 4/5/26.

It's making my overnight accounting a bit tricky.

Same issue here. We have escalated this to managing directors office and they said they are investigating. We seem to have £1,000 'disappear' and deferred transactions change to 'released' but still not released.

Maybe worth all affected sellers sending the Managing Directors office an email with the same issue.

Another complete farce by Amazon it seems . . .

Please everyone contact the Small Business Commisioner to complain. We need action against this unfair policy, their lack of communication regarding the start date and force the government to start regulating the marketplaces. The contact form is easy to fill in on their website.

Hello @Seller_Q7BEPP6rkHr6F,

The move to DD+7 may cause a one-time cash flow impact and temporarily limit your ability to disburse funds on or around your migration date. This is because of the change to delivery confirmation before the reserve period begins.

The 10-14 day transition period represents the temporary cash flow impact sellers experience when migrating to DD+7, as existing orders in the pipeline work through the new delivery-based reserve system. Disburse on Demand (DoD) becomes available about 10-14 days after DD+7 implementation. DoD is free to use, once per 24 hours, with funds arriving to your bank in 3-5 business days.

Regards,

- Manny

I'm sure Amazon employees would not appreciate a "temporary cashflow impact" on their salaries and wait over 14 days to be paid plus a further 5 days actually getting the money in their bank accounts, but instead would expect to be paid on time and in full.

Which is what we sellers expect but no, Amazon keeps OUR money and OUR interest on that money for an inordinate amount of time. Why do Amazon need a charge method now that they keep our money for longer?
