Read onlyAnyone have any idea how this Account health rating works and what effect it has on the visibility of listings?
I am stuck on Account health rating 204
Zero defects, A-Zs, neg feedback, policy issues, late dispatch etc and 97.83% on delivery.
Rang seller support and was only told to 'sell more', ironic that was the reason for the call.
No help whatsoever.
I am in the process of improving my listing but would like to know if I am worrying unnecarssarily.
Yes, it is based on number of sales, so the more you sell the higher your rating is. I am on 200, and have always been, and I know It will never go higher as I am a low volume seller.
Search for AHR in the blue box at the top - it will explain.
Yes you are worrying unnecarssarily, anything 200 or above is fine and it is only an internal seller central metric, no customers are aware and (assuming it stays 200 or above) won't affect the visibility of your listings or buy box eligibility.
Hello @Seller_R8062DghQYb2k,
Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need help to know more on your AHR score.
If your AHR is green ("Healthy", based on a score of 200-1,000), that means your account is not at risk of deactivation based on the policies comprising the score.
To ensure your account health is evaluated in the context of the size of your business, points are also granted when a minimum number of orders are filled. All new sellers start with a score of 200, and over time, sellers will see a score that accurately reflects their account health based on policy adherence and selling activities over the last 180 days.
To know more, please refer to the Account Health Rating programme policy help pages.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us on seller forums. Wish you happy selling on Amazon.
Regards,
Ash.
