Hi everyone,
I’m a brand seller on Amazon with a pending trademark application and brand registry. Recently, another seller hijacked my listing, using my product page to sell their own product. Although I reported this to Amazon, it’s been more than 10 days, and the issue is still ongoing. The case is open, but no action has been taken yet.
The hijacker eventually left one of my listings , but right after that, I received a bad review. I’m confident that this review was for the hijacker’s product, not mine. I sell a high-quality product, and I’m the brand owner. The review says things that don’t match my product at all.
I’ve tried to get Amazon support to remove the review, but they aren’t helping. The problem is that the buyer never purchased from me, and they received a fake product. I’m now stuck with a damaging review that doesn’t reflect my product or service.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? How did you handle it? Is there any way to get this review removed?
I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to deal with this situation.
Thanks in advance
