Product Policy Compliance error.
Hi Fellow Sellers,
I recently submitted all the required documents to address a Product Policy Compliance issue, but the violation still shows up in my Account Health as a listing error. Despite meeting the requirements, the error hasn’t been cleared.
Has anyone experienced this? What steps can I take to resolve it? Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Submitted the required documents through the Compliance Request section.
Double-checked to ensure all documents were complete and accurate.
Monitored Account Health, but the violation persists.
