Do i need to send a SDS
If i want to sell a Dangerous Good product, but use an existing product page for this (to which other people are selling the exact same product) - do i need to provide a safety data sheet?
The product in question is eligible for fufilment at FBA and i'm in the dangerous good programme, i've not specifically been asked to upload a safety data sheet though
I'm tentively assuming that because others people are selling the same product in the same listing through FBA, they may have submitted a safety datasheet and amazon are happy with new sellers just sending them the goods (appropriately packaged, labelled etc)
is this correct?

As per Safety data sheet guidelines:
If you don’t provide the required information (listed above) upon request, we reserve the right to take any further actions in accordance with the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, including, but not limited to, removing the relevant product listings.
It´s still worth to reach out to the Seller Support and confirm if additional documents are required from you.
