Cannot Login as OTP not Received
What can I do I dont receive OTP on my phone number when I'm trying to login my account this has happening for me for over a month now and I cannot contact Amazon as I cannot log into the account and when I ask help they say go to your account and change it to authenticator app but how can I change it to authenticator? I cannot login in the first place. Also the two step verification recovery. I submitted the ID docs multiple times but not response from Amazon. if you guys have an idea what I can do in this situation it will be really helpful.
