Blocked unless FBA Xmas Selling?

I was selling some games but didn’t meet the criteria for selling over Xmas so they were removed that’s fine but when can they be relisted? It says blocked unless FBA I did ask Amazon but as usual they told me why I couldn’t sell over xmas which I knew but nothing more!

I believe that after 7th of January you will be able to relist them.

If you don’t relist them, they will remain blocked forever.
