Damaged by customer item fba returns

Hi All,

We sell network cables in bulk via FBA.

We keep getting FBA returns where the customer is fully refunded. But the issue is for example they purchase a 100m cable reel and use 80m of it then return the remaining 20m saying faulty, or no longer needed etc. and gets a full refund.

What can we do about these?
