Read onlyDoes anyone have any advice please? I am going around and around in circles with Seller Central Help. My account was deactivated (due to selling Stylevana items over 6 months ago - none in inventory at the moment) which I have appealed against and lost. I am trying to get all of my inventory returned to me and I am unable to generate a removal order as my account has been deactivated. Seller central just keep sending generic emails on how to appeal the account deactivation, not actually answering my query on how to generate a removal order. Frustrating !!!! Can anyone offer any advice? Many thanks.
I’m afraid the truth is that if an account has been deactivated then it simply isn’t possible to create a removal order. Seller Support are correct in saying that the only solution is to appeal successfully and get the account reinstated.
