Returns due to mistake by Amazon
hello everyone, I am new and just got most of my orders returned due to a mistake made by amazon.
Amazon sent wrong quantity of orders to cusyomer e.g 1 item as against 8items per order. All the orders have been returned. I have complained to amazon but they are insisting i should wait till after 45days .

when you sent these into Amazon for FBA, did you follow Amazons guidelines to make clear they were sold in packs of 8?

Be prepared for a very expensive mistake. You will pay for EACH unit returned so if you have sent them in as singles instead of 8, the equivalent cost of the removal fee is going to be 8 times higher than it would be if you had packed them as 8-pack.
Depending on how many units you have sent in, it might be better to get Amazon to dispose/liquidate them.
