Veeqo - Return Management Question ..
Hi,
Is this possible in veeqo? ...
So i have imported all my amazon inventory, what i'm looking to do is basically go through all my returns and enter the quantity of each return i have on Veeqo & then so when an orders come through it will tell me if i have that order available from my returns or not. As im a t-shirt seller and all orders are printed to order i now have a big pile of unused returns that i could re-sell, but it takes far too much time to manually check.
Obviously with importing all my Amazon inventory / data, it's showing all the quantities that i have set on amazon, i'm looking to set all the quantities in Veeqo to 0, then go through and enter quantity of which ones i have in returns, then when an order comes through Veeqo will tell me 1 available, which will mean i have that return that i can re-use for that order.
Hope that makes sense, and if it's not possible with veeqo, and can recommend a different software or suggestions that would be great.
Thanks alot!

@Julia_Amzn sorry to tag you but i seen you replying to sellers in the Veeqo questions thread, do you know if this is possible at all? Thanks

I Don't know of a way to do it.
If you wanted a work around, you could set up a warehouse called Returns and set your orders not to allocate stock automatically, so that when you go to allocate it, you'll be able to choose between the two warehouses.
The problem with that would normally be that you inventory wouldn't be getting updated properly by Veeqo, but if you're printing to order, I'm guessing that doesn't affect you.

Hello @Seller_TufyJDtetbrlU, thank you for tagging me! 😊 Did you contact the Veeqo team?

Sorry I know nothing of Veeqo - but I understood it synched stock levels with Amazon so I am not sure what you propose would work.
Can I ask do you often get multiple orders of a particular T-Shirt?
If not then you could set stock of all T-Shirts to 1. If you get a return then stock will now be 2. So when processing orders if stock level is 1 you know its in the returns pile, if its now 0 you set it back to 1 and print the shirt.
