Assistance with missing Amazon item
Good Afternoon,
I'm a little stuck on what to do, Amazon is refusing to review a lost item even though they have all the details regarding it, on my inventory it shows the item being scanned and then removed yet Amazon are taking ZERO responsibility for that and state there's nothing they can do.
Any advise would be great, dealing with their customer service team is beyond pain with their awful copy-and-paste replies.
