Lost buy box withour reason

My listing ASIN: B0D8213Z5W use FBA 2 months ago, all normal and right.

But it lost buy box 3 days ago without reason. This ASIN get enough orders since it created, I am the brand seller, no other sellers sell it, and the account healthy is good.

I have asked seller support, all reply like a robot.

Pls help me. @Spencer_Amazon

Same here I even have My good stock good account health when we contact to seller support they just say in Easy word
