Printing labels issue - always printing order list

Hello.

I am having issue lately when I purchase bulk shipping through amazon and go to print, after the labels have printed for the postage, the last label to print out is a list of order numbers. I choose the label orientation 4 inch by 6 inch in PDF format.

How can I stop this from happening?

The first few times I bulk bought , this never happened but now it always wastes one label every time!

Same was happening to me when printing in PDF. I switched to 4x6 in ZPL format and it didn’t print the orders list with that.

The pdf file has one label per page. When printing, presumably you are instructing the printer to do a ‘multiple’ and print 4 pages onto one sheet of labels? In which case, you should be able to tell the printer to print one page less than the number there is, so it doesn’t do that list at the end. Eg. if you have a pdf file containing 3 labels plus the list at the end, the printer will say it is printing pages 1-4. You can change that and tell it to print only pages 1-3.

I am currently having a same issue, if we multiple carrier choose our postage with amazon buy shipping, it refuses to give us the option for 4x6 png, which is killing us, because we have to choose Royal mail first, get it in 4x6 and then go in again and choose the large parcels for Evri, where we have to accept the postage label plus a packing slip, which we do not want
