DDP via Royalmail from UK to Europe

Hope everyone is having a great Thursday.
Does anyone use Royalmail to ship MFN orders from UK to european countries?
We are IOSS registered so amazon collects vat for orders under 150 euros. However, we are struggling to use DDP on click and drop as it asks us to fill out the customs duty costs field. We do not want to manually calculate that in case we make any mistakes.
The RM customer services/account manager have been unhelpful. The alternative is to use a different courier such as DHL which cost so much more. But we are hoping one of the sellers on the forum can help us

Do you mean for order over 150 Euros?
Regardless, it’s your responsibility to know the customs and shipping guidelines for your products if you’re going to export them. You need to take some time to familiarise yourself with the customs requirements, fees etc, and international shipping standards for the regions you want to ship to so that you don’t have to worry about getting it wrong.
